What does the position entail?
Capitalising on leasing & sales opportunities
Engage with tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers to leverage and secure deals
Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients
Negotiate and conclude commercial / industrial property sales & leases
Generate leads through the companies marketing platforms, canvassing of tenants and property owners, attend events and network for referrals
Setup appointments and viewings with clients
Manage and build up a qualified database and become a specialist in an area

Candidate requirements:

Matric
Sales or property experience is advantageous, but not necessary
